Rates for standard fly fishing guide services
2 Anglers full day with lunch $300.00
1 Angler full day with lunch $235.00
2 Anglers 1/2 day $195.00
1 Angler 1/2 day $150.00

Trips include all flies, tippet, weights, indicators
Guide Gratuity is not included in the above rates
Rental equipment, chest waders & boots, rod & reel are available at a 50% discount when being guided
Waders & boots = $7.50/day
Rod & Reel = $5.00 / day
Due to our experience, we only allow a ratio of 2 anglers per guide - additional guides will be added at a discounted rate for parties greater than 2, please call for those rates.
If you bring your own gear, we suggest chest waders (not hip boots) 9' 4 or 5 wt rods with a good leader (if you don't have a leader, you can pick one up at the shop) - we take care of the rest
You will need some type of eye protection, we suggest polarized sun glasses (we have a great selection at the shop - none more than $25.00) - hat, sunscreen, rain gear - in winter, spring & summer be prepared for radical weather changes - cold to hot, sun to rain

Depending on section fished, for full day trips, lunch will either be stream side picnic style or a Bar-B-Q on the screened porch at the owners River Front cabin

grilled steaks, eggs, potatoes, toast, juice & coffee
Then down to the river for a few hours of Winter Nymphing

Relax, chow down & Prepare your gear at our Mountain Cabin in front of a warm fire
"THE ONLY WAY TO WINTER ANGLE FOR SOUTH PLATTE RIVER TROUT"
Fish along trips - $100.00 (price is for 1 or 2 anglers)
("Fish Along" trips are not available or recommended for beginner or novice anglers)
These are 1/2 day trips where the angler(s) spend 4 hours with one of the guides - on his or her "day off". The guide will be fishing right along side of you, making suggestions on techniques, presentation, pattern selection, reading the water, etc.
This is an excellent way for the experienced angler to get a feel for the incredibly challenging, but productive tail waters of the South Platte River
Private Water
South Platte Outfitters has access to private sections of the river system. These sections require additional rod fees above the standard guide rates. Price depends on the section selected. Private water is not available for "Fish Along" trips.
Lodging
Accommodations can be arranged for any angler that books a full day guided trip at the owners River Front cabin in a separate master suite for $175/night -- includes breakfast and dinner (lunch is included in your full day trip)

If we can re-rent the cabins, then that income will be deducted from cancellation fees
" Tarryall Ranch "
2 br, 1 ba, River Rock firepalce, WD, Sat TV, big decks, a true mountain cabin with 1/2 mile of Tarryall Creek running thru the property - this is a pristine ranch located in an incredible valley - one of the last in Colorado - very isolated - very unique - very cool & lots of big trout on an intimate stream
